Every year we band together at our Annual Retreat to plan out the New Year’s Strategic Mission and Goals. By enthusiastically setting our goals together, it is amazing how we continuously exceed these goals. Our company’s revenues have grown over 500% since 2009. We take huge pride in this, and all realize these results are purely team created. 

The Dorn Homes team is a family of people that are highly dedicated, not only to the job, but to giving back to the community. Every employee is given paid time-off to volunteer for a cause that is important to them. Over the years, Dorn Homes has donated land for a fire station, land for a Community Food Bank, and homes for charity. We have supported hundreds of worthy charity causes over the years, and in 2016 Dorn provided a wounded Army veteran a brand new home, mortgage-free. We work hard, and play hard together. Every quarter Dorn hosts a company-wide Happy Hour to review our goals and celebrate our achievements. Until you join a Dorn Happy Hour at one of the famous saloons in Prescott’s Whiskey Row, you won’t really get the true grasp of our very special culture.
